How do I reserve my items?

To reserve, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit, but don’t worry, it goes toward the final balance. The final balance and changes won’t be due until 10 days prior to delivery date, and the date can be found on the bottom of your quote. So good news, as your guest count fluctuates, we don’t need final counts until those 10 days prior to delivery.

When do you deliver?

If your event is over the weekend, we deliver on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, and pick up will be on Monday, or Tuesday. We’ll schedule that as we get closer to the date, and will let you know your delivery date as soon as possible. 

What is required when your team comes to pick up?

We ask that you stack the chairs and tables, similar to how they were delivered. We ask that glassware be returned in the racks, bottoms up, and china and flatware returned in their respective containers. Dishes only need to be scraped clean and rinsed. You don’t have to put them through your dishwasher, we’ll take it from there!

Can I pick up a smaller order from your warehouse?

Of course! Your order can be reserved over the phone and picked up between 9am-3pm on Fridays. Returns are welcome between 9am-3pm on the following Monday.
